Trust in a workplace

In the world of work: it’s believing that your co-workers are equally committed to the final decision of the group even though they heartily disagreed with it during the discussion and giving them full reason to believe that you care about the company’s goals and growth just like they do.

It does not mean everyone needs to reach a consensus every time in the end to fully commit and feel included. But it does mean that they will give their 100% to achieve the result.

The success of this act says – they have the “ability”, they will be “reliable” in standing with hands out to catch and will be “truthful” in their action – ie. they will catch!
