Ify is a strategy development, strategic public relations, organisational development and service excellence specialist with 18 years of experience at executive level – designing and delivering business transformation programmes in corporate UK/Africa. Her notable achievements are in corporate governance, strategy execution, customer service, service improvement & project/change management.

Ify is a partner of the UK Institute of Customer Service (ICS), Chartered Management Institute (MCMI) and Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). She is also a qualified Prince II and MSP practitioner, certified executive coach and trained facilitator.

Olusola Olowoyeye (BSc, MSc, ACA)


Olusola is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and a dynamic professional with BSc Insurance, MSc Finance, ACA, ACTI, CRA. Sola’s work experience has exposed him to financial institutions, the oil and gas industry, Consulting and areas of financial management and control, project finance and management, risk analysis and management.

Christine Bennett (MBA, FCIPD)


Christine is a graduate of Warwick Business School having completed an MBA in 2003. She began her career in banking and has worked in UK central government as a Senior Civil Servant (including the Cabinet Office), local government at Chief Officer Level on various HR transformation projects.

Alex Van Os De Man (MBCI, ISO22301)


Alex is one of our principle consultants and business analyst and innovator, specialising in Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, Business development and Leadership development. Until recently he was employed as Head of Group Business Continuity Management at Ecobank based in Accra, Ghana, where he designed and implemented a full resilience programme for 36 countries in Africa. He had developed and taught dynamic Project Management processes at Webster University and has a passion for developing innovative business processes. He is an international speaker and has published articles on Enterprise Architecture.

Dr. Adetunji Adegbesan (BEng, MSc, PhD)


Tunji has a first-class degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nigeria, and PhD in Strategic Management. He is the Director of Research and a member of the Strategy Group at Lagos Business School, where he leads sessions on competitive strategy and innovation in executive programmes.
He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Strategy Division of the Global Academy of Management. His consulting experience spans the software, mobile communications, oil & gas, identity management, and electronic payments industries. His work experience spans food & beverages, software development, information systems management and electrical engineering. He is a member of the Research and Strategic Planning Committee of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He is a co-founder of two successful technology start-ups.
